Yesterday, 9th December, minutes after the president had conceded defeat to Nana Addo Dankwah, the Electoral commissioner , Charlotte Osei has come out to announce the results for the 2016 Ghana Elections.
In a press conference held at the Electoral Commission’s head office, Mrs Charlotte Osei declared Nana Akuffo Addo as the president elect of Ghana.
In a short presser, she mentioned that the results excluded 4 constituencies as counting and collation is not yet done there but looking at the figures that would come from there, it wouldn’t change anything

NPP: Nana Akuffo Addo: 5,716,026 (53.85%)
NDC: John Dramani Mahama:4,713, 277 (44.40%)
