Hon. Catherine Ablema Afeku is out as the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Afeku has been reassigned as a Minister of State at the Office of the President, assigned to the Office of the Senior Minister.
A statement signed Thursday by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications at the Presidency stated that the decision was made as part of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s changes to his government.
Barbara Oteng Gyasi is the minister designate for the Tourism, Arts and Culture.
She is Member of Parliament for Prestea Huni-Valley constituency, and was the former Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources.
