A Ghanaian trotro mate has grabbed the attention of social media due to his unique means of dressing to work.
Dubbed as the ‘Executive mate’, he dresses in a suit and tie to work because he says he wants to shatter the stereotypes of mates (conductors) as dirty and ungroomed.
GhOne TV run a story on him after they spotted him and couldn’t help but admire his unique story.
According to him, due to his style of dressing, people sometimes tip him large sums of money just to encourage him to keep up with what he’s doing.
Amazingly, he learned his style of dressing from his driver, who also turns up to work in a suit and tie.
