The stage for the 2019 3Music Awards is steadily taking shape ahead of tomorrow’s ceremony, slated for the Fantasy Dome in Accra tomorrow, March 30.
3D impressions of the stage, when they popped up on social media a few days ago, instantly became a hot talking point, with supporters and skeptics centering on the sheer audacity of organisers.
Setup photos available to ENEWS portray that the design gradually being made tangible, and patrons can expect a stage that will be historic at the very least.
Nominees are looking to pick up laurels in the categories of Viral Song of the Year, Fan Army of the Year, Digital Act of the Year, Afrobeats Song of the Year, and Gospel Song of the Year, Music Man of the Year, Music Woman of the Year, Digital Act of the Year among others.
Wendy Shay, Patapaa, Evangelist IK Aning, Mr. Eazi, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Sister Deborah, M.anifest, and MEDiKAL have all secured their places as contestants.
Other contenders for various awards include Stormzy, A Star, Patience Nyarko, Adina, M.anifest, R2Bees, Guilty Beatz, King Promise and Kuami Eugene.
