Pope Skinny who has parted ways with Shatta Wale and the entire SM crew posted this on his SnapChat: He wrote;
“Big Up Urself #Stonebwoy. You working hard than any Dancehall artist in Africa and God bless your hustle. My humble advice is that don’t be distracted by anyone “Keep focus” they wish they were in your shoes. Trust me when I say this because I know. OBI NYA WO AY3”.
Stonebwoy is currently working on collaborations with international Reggae/Dancehall artists such as Beenieman, Tarrus Riley and others.
Shatta Wale in a tweet subtly jabbed Stonebwoy that collaborating with these top stars wouldn’t make him a star but rather kill his career.
Stonebwoy in a cryptic tweet replied that even if he walks on water, Shatta Wale and his SM folks will say he cannot swim hence walking on water.
