Stonebwoy’s manager, Blakk Cedi unhappy about how the organisers of the 2019 3Music Awards ‘compensated’ Shatta Wale with 8 awards has described the award scheme as a big joke.
Stonebwoy on the night won 3 awards whilst his arch-rival, Shatta Wale went home with 8 awards including the biggest accolade on the night, “Artiste of the Year”.
Blakk Cedi expressing his disappointment in organisers of the 3Music Awards funnily posted on his Instagram Stories; “Joke of the year = 3 Music Awards CONGRATS GUYS” ─with a laughing emoji.
Blakk Cedi again posted a screenshot of a message sent to him by a Bhim Native concerning the 3Music Awards. The message reads;
“Biggest joke of the Year soo excited our president never showed up for a cheap awards night like this” ─with laughing emoji.
The 2019 3Music Awards came off Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the Fantasy Dome, even though there have been several issues here and there but in all, the awards ceremony was successful.
Shatta Wale’s Response
Controversial Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has subtly jabbed Stonebwoy and his manager, Blakk Cedi and this is in connection with Blakk Cedi’s earlier post on Instagram that 3Music Awards is a “joke”!
Blakk Cedi in the post described 3Music Awards as a “joke” after Shatta Wale took home 8 eight awards out of 11 nominations on the night.
Shatta Wale in a cryptic post claims Blakk Cedi and his artiste, Stonebwoy are unhappy about his success and what he has achieved in the music industry.
Shatta Wale’s cryptic post may also come on the back of Stonebwoy’s video claiming that he stole the “paah paah paah” signature from one Jamaican musician called I-Octane.
Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy aren’t ready to end their longtime industry beef looking at the subtle jabs they’re throwing at each other.
