One of Ghana’s most celebrated highlife musicians, Bisa Kdei has disappeared from the music scene for some time now and many have attributed it to the new crop of highlife/afrobeat musicians in the likes of Kidi, Kuami Eugene, and King Promise.

After he released his last album titled ‘Highlife Konnect’ somewhere 2018, he has totally been missing from the scene and it seems there’s hope for him and his fans as he has sighted in a new venturing into a different genre of music; rap.

It has been revealed over time that Bisa Kdei was a rapper before he switched to singing and becoming popular with it earning him the “King of Highlife” title after dropping some popular highlife songs.

On the night of Ghana’s biggest entertainment show in the calendar year, highlife legend Amakye Dede crowned Kuami Eugene as king of high life and that became a talk of the town.

Many fans who have seen the video have shared their view that he wants to go back to rap since his title has been given to someone and the hits are not coming.
