The President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Obour received a lot of backlash for his inability to restore the peace regarding the indefinite ban of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale from the Ghana Music Awards.
Several key people in the media space called him out for his bad leadership and failure to protect members of his union. Some of these celebrities include; Abeiku Santana, Nana Aba Anamoah etc.
Obour has refused to respond to critics of his leadership. However, in a series of posts on Instagram, the ridiculed president of the union congratulated Nana Aba Anamoah and Dr Kofi Amoa Abban for the role they played in settling the scuffle between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy together.
In the post, Obour showered praises on the duo who made the Shatta-Stonebwoy rivalry a thing of the past.
He posted a picture of Dr. Amoa and captioned it;
“Piaaaaawwwww. Doc .. you do all. “ The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things but the one who also finds time to do the needful for others”. Dr Kofi Amoa Abban, my respect for you as a brother have gone another ladder higher. Our music industry will forever be grateful for this historic smoking of Peace @stonebwoyb and @shattawalenima I doff my hat for you Sir and @thenanaaba Thank you for doing this for us all. Let Peace and Unity remain among brothers.
