Ayitey Attoh was born in Chorkor, a vibrant fishing community on a coastal belt of Accra, Ghana, that has seen the rise of international musicians, footballers and boxers.
As a youth, Ayitey hustled to survive on the tough streets of Accra. Always deeply drawn by music, he would gravitate to musicians wherever he went, waiting his turn for a chance to practice on a guitar.
In his early twenties, Ayitey played percussion and sang with various bands. Realizing his talent for sound, he went on to produce music for local musicians. He was later brought to the USA, and is now proud to present his first solo album Crazy World Out There.
Ayitey has a unique sound that is rooted in West African highlife and Reggae, and is excited to bring Ghana High -Life to the World stage.
