Former management member for popular Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah widely known as Lilwin, Top Kay has made a damning claim that he has the n#de photos and some ‘atopa’ video of Lilwin’s wife, Patricia.
According to Top Kay, he got these photos and videos after both Lilwin and Patricia got separated.
Kwadwo Nkansahand wife, Patricia have settled out their differences and are once again as living as husbad and wife once again but it seems the bad blood with the lady and Top Kay has worsen.
Top Kay threatened to release an audio which has Patricia confessing about cheating on her husband and truth to his words he released the audio but he noted that for the respect he has for women in Ghana, he will not release them to shame Patricia.
