Coach Kwesi Appiah has finally revealed why he always bench top players during Ghana Black Stars matches in this year’s Afcon tournament.

After Ghanaians descending on him heavily during Ghana’s first opening game against Benin which resulted in a 2-2 draw, coach James Kwesi Appiah kept a deaf ear.

He later during the post-match conference commended the game against Benin as ‘reasonable and good’ from his players because he played 11 against 12.

Ghanaians are fed up with coach James Kwesi Appiah’s tactical ideas he employ in this year’s afcon tournament.

In Ghana’s second game against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, he made substitutions . He brought Asamoah Gyan to play a 3mins game.

Coach James Kwesi Appiah has finally spoken, according to him Asamoah Gyan is a good player, but we should allow him to do his duties as a coach.
