Nana Appiah Mensah is apparently chilling out in his East Legon Mansion after arriving in Ghana last week from Dubai prisons.
Speaking on radio, Alfred Kwame Larbi, CEO of OXY FM has alleged that the embattled Nam1 is not in police custody as earlier reports suggested, but is enjoying the comfort of his home after his long leave from home.
Alfred further stated that it is common with the Ghana police service to give influential people better treatment than that of the ordinary Ghanaian, which is the situation Nana Appiah Mensah has found himself in.
Nana Appiah Mensah was arraigned before court on Friday where he was charged with two counts of abetment to defraud by false pretense and two counts of abetment to carry out banking business without a license, contrary to Section 6 (1) of the Banks and Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930).
