AKA has been under attack on social media over a series twitter post he published yesterday, which may or may not have been taken out of context.

In an earlier tweet by the South African musician commenting on the ongoing xenophobic attacks in South Africa, he posted,

Imagine I said “stay in your country” …the uproar.

This post somehow did not go down well with Nigerians or was misinterpreted as social media fans and users, Nigerians especially descended on him with insults and curses from all corners. click here to see how Burna Boy, Davido, Skales, MI Abanga and other Nigerian influencers reacted on this post.

Making the move to settle all of this, AKA took to his twitter page clarify that he does not mean war against Nigeria or support xenophobia.

GOD BLESS NIGERIA.

he tweeted

Ice Prince responding to this post from AKA out of nowhere asked for AKA to apologize to Nigerians, but AKA had a response for him already. ” For what?” he asked.
