Akosua was particularly popular in Facebook and Instagram groups because of her peculiar always-changing hairstyles and her seckx-appealing photos.
An audio circulating social media after her demise suggests that the late Slay Queen was cursed for sleeping around with a married man.
She apparently got sick from the curse and later died.
