Nigerian singer, Burna Boy’s album “African Giant” has secured a nomination in the 2020 Grammys in the category of Best World Music Album.
The album which was released on July 26, 2019 also featured Ghanaian rapper M.anifest on song Another Story. This makes Ghana’s M.anifest an associate nominee too because he was featured on the nominated album
Burna Boy was nominated alongside Angelique Kidjo, Altin Gün among others.
The awards which will hosted on the 26th of January 2020 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles is presented by The Recording Academy to recognize achievements in the music industry
