After her performance in Nigeria, Cardi B flew to Ghana in less than 24 where she was billed to perform at the live spot festival being held at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Her arrival was meant with so much excitement and some Ghanaian celebrities trooped to the Kempinski Hotel where they were to have a meet and greet with her.
Unfortunately, the meet and greet with Cardi B took a very long time making some Ghanaian celebrities insulting her.

The American rapper finally held the meet and greet with Ghanaian Celebrities and revealed that she was not aware of any meet and greet, and apparently had a stomach upset after eating some Khebab.
Despite all these brouhaha, Cardi B had a splendid performance at the Accra Sports Stadium where the crowd just could not have enough of her, and did not want her to leave.
Well, after all this, Cardi B made an lovely remark about Ghana when she posted a photo of herself wearing a kente bikini.
She said;
I was in Ghana for less then 24 hours .Went thru a lil dilemma but I still had fun
