The former coach of the black stars met his dismissal in the early days of 2020 after the Ghana Football Association (GFA) dissolved the technical staff of the national team.

One of the many people the dissolve affected most was, of course, the National team coach Kwesi Appiah who has been with the team for years.
Having to somewhat respond to this, Kwesi Appiah has shared a heartfelt letter thanking Ghanaians and praying for good in the future for them.
