Thedistin.com has sighted a video of Jamaican superstar, Popcaan smoking in public and most Ghanaians are not happy about it.
In the video which is making rounds on social media, one could see the Jamaican superstar smoking weed in the glare of the public with the help of Ghana Police protection
Many social media have criticized the Ghana Police for not taking action against him as in the case of Kwaw Kese who was caught and jailed for smoking in public.
