D’Kings, Nigerian singer who lately collaborated with two of the Nigerian music industry heavyweights, Pepenazi and Idowest on his single dubbed ‘Kesari’ has been taken to the police custody.
D’Kings was arrested by Mhiz Mona, a fast rising female singer in Nigeria.
According to Mhiz Mona, she featured D’Kings on her single “Edge Controller” and paid him a sum of N600,000 for a special appearance for Club Uno, Ikeja on 3rd January 2020 for Mhiz Mona single listening party which he never showed up.
This was not going well for the fast-growing female singer, Mhiz Mona, and her management, and she had no choice but to use the military to deal with him.
In the video, D’KINGS protested for his freedom as he asked for a receipt to show that he was paid that amount.
Mhiz Mona proved him right, and he also provided evidence that they had an agreement.
