‘Shame on Ghana police’, Kwaw Kese says after he was searched by the police.
In a new video posted by the rapper on his Social Media Network (Twitter), he noted that Ghana’s police would be spearheading foreigners who do the unexpected thing escorted by the police, but the law does not apply to them.
Recently, Kwaw Kese and the Jamaican musician, Popcaan, nearly caught up in a feud when a video of him smoking circulated on the Internet.
Kwaw Kese responding to Popcaan’s smoking news compared his detention in Kumasi for smoking while Popcaan is being escorted by police and smoking.
At 4 a.m. today, according to Kwaw Kese, he was driving with Skonti and, on their way to Ghana, the police stopped and searched them assumed that they had found something illegal on them.
Kwaw Kesse on Twitter shamed Ghana police, he wrote:
This morning around 4am the police stopped and search me and @skontigh looking for Taaba. Meanwhile they’ll be arm guarding foreigners to smoke in public.
Shame on @ghanapolice #decriminalizemarijuana #LegalizeIt now
