1. GHANA AUDIT SERVICE RECRUITMENT OF PRINCIPAL AUDITOR/LEGAL

The principal Auditor is to provide technical and operational support for the management of all legal services of the Ghana Audit Service
and to assist the Assistant Director/Legal in the discharge of his/her duties.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. You will provide legal support on the operations of the Service
  2. You will provide data and information for the preparation and review of legal documents relating to good governance and the Auditor-General’s mandate
  3. You will provide advice to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations
  4. You will Conduct research into cases referred to the Legal Department
  5. You will provide input for the development and implementation of the Annual Legal Plan
  6. You will provide input for the preparation of Annual Activity and other periodic Progress Reports of the Unit(s) for onward submission to the Director/Legal
  7. You will assist the Assistant Director/Legal in the implementation of policies, standards and guidelines on human resource management within the Legal Department.
  8. You will provide inputs for the preparation of the Annual Budget of the Legal Department

JOB QUALIFICATION And EXPERIENCE

  1. A professionally qualified Lawyer called to the Bar
  2. A minimum of six (6) years standing at the Bar
  3. National Service Certificate

JOB COMPETENCIES

  1. Applicants must have Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  2. Applicants must have Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  3. Applicants must have Wide knowledge in Public Sector Legal issues
  4. Applicants must have Excellent knowledge of Public Financial Management Systems
  5. Applicants must have Knowledge in Industrial and Labour relations
  6. Applicants must have Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  7. Applicants must have Good ethical background

2. GHANA AUDIT SERVICE RECRUITMENT OF SENIOR AUDITOR/LEGAL

The SENIOR AUDITOR is to provide technical and operational support for the execution of legal duties and to assist the Principal Legal Officer in the discharge of his/her duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. You will Provide legal support on the operations of the Service
  2. You will Provide data and information for the preparation and review of legal documents relating to good governance and the Auditor-General’s mandate
  3. You will Conduct research into cases referred to the Legal Department

  5. Afterward, you click on the Existing User link to log in and continue with the Ghana Audit service recruitment application process.
