I have never taken an alcohol in my life, Koo Fori says.
Born Seth Kwabena Kyere Karikari but popularly known as Koo Fori is a veteran actor from Ghana who is best at his roles as a drunkard in films.
Undoubtedly, there is no Ghanaian actor who can ever compete with Koo Fori when it comes to posing as a drunkard in movies, even though more actors are good at such positions.
In a new interview, Ghanaian star, Koo Fori has surprisingly disclosed that he has never consumed alcohol all his life, contrary to the very thing he exemplifies in movies.
During an interview on Hitz FM, he said:
“I have never drunk alcohol before, Never in my life. Immediately I get into the act of a drunkard, I begin to sweat and I do not know where it comes from. Psychologically, it has taken effect on me”.
Because he’s not a drunkard, he said his mother was weeping the first time he saw him drunk on TV.
” My mother cried bitterly the first day she saw me on TV, playing the role of a drunkard. I explained to her but it took her a very long time for her to understand. “
