Foreign Minister reveals that 3 Ghanaians have passed away because of Coronavirus.
Foreign Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway has unfortunately confirmed the news that a few Ghanaians died of coronavirus.
The minister said these Ghanaians lived in Italy where two of the deaths occurred and Denmark, where one of the cases was registered.
While she denounced the situation, Honorable Botchway said the situation was not that critical to require Ghanaians to be rescued from those countries.
She also warned the Ghanaians to be very vigilant and also to follow the national guidelines set in Ghana to prevent the spread of the virus.

In the meantime, a pastor based in Kumasi has been arrested for defying the government’s ban on all religious activities for a one month period.
