A few Ghanaians have vented their anger at the manner in which some police officers are taking advantage of the lockdown exercise to brutalize some citizens in the affected areas.
In a video sighted by thedistin.com, the Police officers are seen holding canes in an attempt to lash some people who had informed them that they were out to top up their prepaid cards for electricity.
According to the angry civilians, one of the police officers from nowhere just came around and began lashing them without asking them why they were out.
In the video, one of the police officers was shouting that they will beat them for free without anyone doing them anything.
