Burna Boy Speaks On How He Felt When He Lost The Grammys Award

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy has finally spoken on how felt when he lost the Grammys award.

2020 Grammys took place on Sunday, January 26 culminated with the category of ‘Best World Music Album’ going to Angélique Kidjo.

Angélique Kidjo ‘beat’ Burna Boy and three other great nominees on the same category at the night in Los Angeles.

Speaking on how he felt after losing the award to Angélique Kidjo, Buner Boy disclosed that he felt totally sick after failing to bag the award with all the hard work he put in.

“Sick. Totally sick. But my musical Mother @angeliquekidjo told me everything I needed to understand about the Grammys. So now I’m “Twice as Tall” (that’s the name of my next Album by the way dropping in July by the grace of the most High),” 

Burna Boy wrote.
