Sister Derby has set the internet buzzing after she sent a lovely birthday message to her ex-boyfriend, Medikal.
Today 5th April 2020 marks the 26th birthday of rapper Medikal and Sister Derby, his ex-girlfriend has taken to her Instagram page to celebrate him.
Sister Derby posted a photo she took with Medikal during their reign wrote:
Happy Birthday my sweet ex
This has generated massive reactions with some saying Sister Derby shows maturity.
Meanwhile, his wife Fella Makafui now Mrs Frimpong has also surprised him.
