Simeon Teye Narteh, another Ghanaian who has fully recovered from the coronavirus shares his story of how he battled the deadly virus and was able to recover.

Telling his story, Simeon Teye Narteh who works for a diplomatic mission was selected by his organization to undergo a training in France.

According to him, he pracitised all the precautionary measures to ensure that he won’t be infected by the virus.

However, all his effort came to zero after he returned to Ghana and voluntarily went to the Greater Accra Regional Hospital to request to be tested for the virus.

According to him, when he tested positive for the virus, he became very worried for his family especially his wife who had just delivered a baby.

He added that he did not want to tell his wife but she pressured him to eventually telling her.

According to Simeon, he lost one of his friends when he was taken to the isolation center. He revealed that he experienced mild symptoms such as coughing, headaches and sore throat.

He indicated that at a point of time he could not breathe and the doctors nearly placed oxygen on him, and at the point is cried unto God to save.

He however urged Ghanaians to be serious about the coronavirus because it is real and is no joke.
