Mr. Paul Adom-Otchere attitude has been off the major topic for discussion on many social media platforms after his submission made on his program good evening Ghana to Hon Dr. Zanetor Rawlings, the daughter of the former president, Jerry John Rawlings
Many are of the view that his attitude wasn’t the best towards the member of parliament. On the other hand, some also commended him for being bold to call a spade a spade. This time around it is not to the daughter of the ex-president but the man himself, Rt. Flt. Lt.Jerry John Rawlings.
A video sighted by thedistin.com captured Mr.Paul Adom-Otchere apologizing to the president for some comments made in the past, to be precise September 2019.
The comment made by the journalist was that the collapse of many Ghanaian businesses was to the activities and actions of Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings and his military gentile of 4th June and 31st December.
The apology from the journalist was to the response the president gave during a celebration on of 31 December when he talked about what Paul Adom-Otchere said about him.
Adom-Otchere accepted his mistake and calls on the president to forgive him, this was his words ” we apologize nonetheless because you cannot quarrel with the former president as distinguish as Mr. Rawlings”.
The apology was in a video in the form of a book which was a recap of the incident and the response to the president gave at the time the journalist made those allegations, he further said they are sincerely sorry.
At the end of his video, he added something which might spark the anger of the former president as he said, ” but you said something that we are interested in that, Acheampong was investigating something about some of these businessmen but the people who were doing the investigation were killed. We don’t believe that, we are sorry, we don’t believe that .”
One would ask ,was that even nessasry as you are apologizing???
