Love Community Chapel,McCarthy Hill branch as part of its social responsibilities has distributed some relief packages to its congregants and residents within McCarthy Hill and its environs.
The relief packages worth millions of cedis included bags of rice,oil,sardines tissue papers,bags of water and much more.
Branch Pastor,Rev Michael Koranteng who led the outreach in a short address, highlighted the important role of the church in such times and added that Christianity is humanity ,stressing the need for the church’s outreach in such times.
He also admonished them to adhere by the Ministry of Health’s advice on social distancing and to abide by governments directive to stay at home to stay safe.
Families and individuals who received packages expressed their appreciation to the Love Community Chapel,McCarthy Hill branch for the thoughtful gesture.
