Media personality George Quaye has joined the long list of Ghanaians reacting to the President’s decision to lift the 3 weeks partial lockdown.
President Akufo Addo in his 7th Address to the nation lifted the partial lockdown of Greater Accra Region and larger parts of Kumasi.
Although the partial lockdown has been lifted, the President indicated that ban on social gathering is still in enforcement.
Well, George Quaye in a tweet sighted by thedistin.com has thrown his support behind the President’s decision.
According to him, he does not want to be in the President’s shoes at such a moment because he is making very tough decisions.
He added that the decisions the President took is probably based on countless number of debate and arguments.
He tweeted:
“It’s always easy to question a decision from the comfort of an arm chair. Our Prez IS NOT an idiot and he IS NOT surrounded by airheads. I’m very sure a lot of deep thought, debates, conversations, arguments and counter arguments went into the decision to “unlock” the “lockdown”.”.
