During the 7th Nation’s address by the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo stated that it is mandatory for every Ghanaian to put on the face mask to protect themselves from the novel coronavirus

After the president’s address, Ghanaians started using locally made cloth to manufacture different types of face masks for use.

This made the head of the Department, Medical Devices (FDA) to call on Ghanaians to stop using printed fabric produce nose masks.

Well, Ghanaian lawyer and socialite Sandra Ankobia have taken her social media to educate Ghanaians on how to use printed fabric to make face mask.

According to her if one must “line the printed fabrics with plain calico or any plain material without prints,” if he/she wants to use printed fabric to make masks

Sandra further explained to her fans and Ghanaians how dangerous printed fabrics used in producing face masks can be to our health.

In a post sighted on her twitter page, Sandra Akonbia Indicated that, there are chemicals in printed fabrics (which prevent it from quick fade, etc) and that the chemical is not healthy to breathe in.
