Many Ghanaians has since been finding it difficult to understand why the government has failed to prosecute embattled CEO of the trading company.
Well, MP for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has revealed why the government can’t prosecute embattled CEO of Menzgold, NAM1.
According to the MP, the reason why the government can’t prosecute NAM 1 is that his activities were not governed by any banking regulations.
Hon. Kennedy Agyapong made this revealation in a recent interview on his Net” TV station.
