The Member of Parliament (MP) for Bolgatanga Central constituency Isaac Adongo has made another revelations as a reply to H.E .Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia in regards to the financial data that is being presented to Ghanaians by the ruling party.The young parliamentarian has become a thorn in the flesh of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
The vociferous legislator made these revelations siting several examples with the budget that is being read by the finance minister, Mr.Ken Ofori-Atta.
These revelations follow the comment the Vice President made by comparing a health crisis to an energy crisis(Dumsor to COVID-19) on the Good Morning show on Metro Tv yesterday.
He stated vividly that, he has been telling Ghanaians that the NPP government has not been given the right information on the financial state of the country, rather what is being presented is a cooked data.
He alleged that IMF data on Ghana’s economy differs from what the government feeds us with. He said, “The data the government submitted to F to be able to access the loan is different what they have been telling Ghanaians.
The member of parliament lamented on how dangerous the future looks depending on the data Ghana government provides to IMF.He also asked the Vice President to learn and not to just come out to lie about the economy to the people
