It appears all hope isn’t lost for rapper Sarkodie and all those stuck outside the country due to the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus.
Sarkodie in one of his tweets pleaded with President Nana Addo to open borders for at least some time for citizens stuck outside the country to be able to fly back to their family and loved one.
On Peace FM’s morning show ‘kokrokoo’, the host Kwame Sefa Kayi and the Ashanti Regional Secretary of the NPP Sam Pyne, hinted that the Foreign Affairs Ministry is spearheading efforts to evacuate.
Though it hasn’t been confirmed, this shows there is hope for Sarkodie and others stuck outside the country to be back home very soon.
It has also been speculated that they will go under mandatory quarantine as they did for those who returned before the borders were closed.
