The Tharaka South police team in the Sub-County of Kenya has reported the launching of a manhunt to help arrest a man who assaulted his wife sexually following the insertion of pepper, onions, salt, and glue into her private for committing adultery whilst he is still married to her.

This sad incident occurred on saturday dated 16th of May, 2020.

According to the report by Kiprop Rutto, Police Commander of Tharaka South, , the convict has been involved in other criminal offenses and has been wanted for further investigations but the police have not been able to trace his hideout.

In order to get his wife into that mess, he coaxed her to leave their home in the township of Marimanti because he was scared he would be traced by the police and get arrested after he left a lockdown area called Nairobi.

Upon reaching a river called Kathita River, after her husband ordered her to vacate the house, she was asked to take off her clothing but she disagrees. As a result, she was mercilessly beaten by him and was as well threatened to be stabbed with a knife if she does not do as he demanded.

With anger, he descended on her and forced to insert, pepper, salt, and onions into her genitals using a sharp knife and he as well sealed her ears, mouth, private and sensitive organ with a mixture of superglue and sand and then left her unattended to.

“They both went and on reaching River Kathita, he ordered her to remove all her clothes so that she may tell him all the men she had slept with while he was at Nairobi.”

The police added

With a bold heart, she coped with the trauma and head to the police station to make a report against her husband after which she was admitted into the hospital in Marimanti Sub-County to receive treatment.

A manhunt has been launched by the police to aid in his arrest and to also face the law for all his crimes.
