Honorable Kennedy Agyapong Member of Parliament for Assin Central has expressed his excitement for the love of kanzo.
“Kanzo” is Ghanaian term that means burnt and hard underparts of cooked rice. It is usually a delicacy enjoyed by lot Ghanaians and Honorable Kennedy Agyapong seems to be one of them.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Mamavi of Joy News, Kennedy Agyapong disclosed that he is
someone who loves to cook a lot when he’s not very busy.
According to him, when he is in the state with his wife, he cooks for her but when he comes back to Ghana, she doesn’t allow him to enter the kitchen.
He indicated that he only enters the kitchen to either take water or drink beer. He added that he enjoys eating “Kanzo” a lot but his wife is always preventing him because he has sugar issues.
He added that the reason why he does not cook when he’s in Ghana is that his family members may assume that his wife is using him.
