Former Ghanaian Military Leader and Politician ” Former President Jerry John Rawlings” has voiced out on the death of a black man, who died as a result of a white Minneapolis police kneeling on the neck of the handcuffed black citizen.
He expressed how sad and disappointed he felt after having viewed the viral video of the four police officers of Minnesota.
He considered their action as violent and barbaric and questioned their conscience on why police officers could go to the extent of committing murder instead of protecting their people against violence.
He complained about the fact that America has had a declination in their political and moral image and quizzed if the cruel act of these white policemen could not enlighten them on how declined they have been in their country.
