Popular Ghanaian dancehall artist, Epixode in a recent interview has credited Stonebwoy as the originator of Afro-dancehall.
Epixode in the interview disclosed that Stonebwoy created Afro Dancehall to help differentiate it from the original reggae and dancehall which is for the Jamaicans.
