According to Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Emmanuel Nyamekye, she personally made the complaint against him after he used the song on 31 December 2019
The case was presided over by Madam Eva Bannerman Williams whom after going through the evidence presented ruled in favor of the “Agbebolo” hitmaker and made sure he does the right thing the next time
