Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has been ordered by Ghana High Court to pay an amount of Ghc 130,000 to veteran journalist Kweku Baako after he won a defamation case in court

Back in 2018, Kweku Baako sued the honorable for tarnishing his image by calling him corrupt, dishonest and a hypocrite among others which he found extremely unacceptable

Well finally he has won the case against the member of parliament as he has been mandated by the court to compensate him with the amount mentioned earlier

Additionally, he’s to apologize to him three times on the same platforms on which he called him names

These platforms include his own media stations Net2 TV and Oman FM, and Multimedia stations, Adom FM and Asempa FM.

It has been alleged that during when he was sued, he wanted to settle the case out if court but due to some undisclosed reasons they had no choice but to settle it in court
