It’s been reported that a ward coordinator at Lashibi, identified to be a part of Carlos Ahenkorah’s campaign team has passed on following the exposure to COVID-19 infection.
This sad incident happened on Thursday after he was sent to receive medical treatment at LEKMA Hospital situated in Teshie, a suburb of Accra.
The deceased is said to be part of the identified members of Carlos Ahenkorah’s campaign team who tested positive for coronavirus infection in the constituency of Tema West.
It’s been alleged that the remaining victims of the deceased include Bobo” Community 5 polling station chairman ” who is under treatment at Caiquo Hospital, in Tema, and Nana Boakye, who is currently under self-isolation and is receiving treatment at home.
Members of the communities have since the news was released been reacting as they wonder how these three people got infected by the novel coronavirus.
