A young man (civilian) in military dress has been arrested in Nkrankwanta, Dorma West in Bono region for pretending to be a Ghanaian military officer.
Not yet clear what his intentions were but the young man, Isaac Owusu (27 years old) immediately surrendered when he was approached by police and military officers in after he got down from a car at a police check-point.
