Hushpuppi’s Attorney Gal Pissetky, lawyer of Pissetzky & Berliner on the BBC says his client was kidnapped from Dubai by the FBI
According to him, the FBI didn’t go through the legal means like having the needed court files to extradite him from Dubai
He added that, Ray Hushpuppi was not extradited by the Dubai authorities that he was only expelled
He further said, the United State authorities have no right to arrest him because he is not a citizen of the state
