Former President of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama of the NDC, has congratulated the newly nominated Vice President candidate of Democratic Party in the US, called Kamala Harris.
As the first black woman from California to be given the mandate to contest on the ticket of a major political party, she was elected as a running mate by Joe Biden, the newly elected Presidential Candidate of the Democratic Party to face Donald Trump.
Acknowledging the vital role Kamala could play in helping him to defeat the current president of the United States of America, he chose her as a vice presidential candidate amid the election in this 2020.
President Mahama considering the personality of this vibrant woman congratulated and urged her to work harder in order to uplift the honor of the Americans as she deserves the position she has been assigned to uphold.
