A few months ago, Shatta Wale and Sarkodie became the talking points on various media platforms and online news portals after Shatta Wale called him “poor”.
In response to Shatta Wale’s statement, Sarkodie released his famous diss song “Advice” where he hit hard at Shatta Wale.
Sarkodie in an interview with VLAD TV, explained that Shatta Wale has his own approach to the showbiz industry which is to create controversy and get the media houses talking about it.
According to Sarkodie, he loves Shatta Wale despite his approach to the showbiz industry.
He further added that Shatta Wale’s approach has changed the way the industry now operates by giving the media something to always to talk about.
According to Sarkodie, Shatta Wale’s intention of saying he was ‘poor’ wasn’t actually a feud as many fans thought, rather, it was Shatta Wale’s way of selling Ghana’s music as the two had a conversation about how to push the industry progressing like that of the Nigerian acts.
