Patoranking Attributes His Music Inspiration To Ghetto Lifestyle

Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and songwriter popularly known in the industry as Patoranking, has divulged his inspiration in music, attributing it to his lifestyle in the ghetto.

This revelation was made amid the answering of questions from the Pan-African Music content creator.

According to the “Abule” hitmaker, the hit songs in his album dubbed “Three” has a relation to the lifestyle of the ghetto youth.

“Abule simply means hood or ghetto. So when making a song, all I do is just have a reflection about where I come

from and then I write. I was thinking about the party life in the ghetto, how we party, how it is, the things that happen there.”

According to him, success is achieved through three keys word which are resilience, consistency and determination, as he took to his twitter page to explain to his fans the real benefits of these words.

According to him, following motivational speakers should not be the real ish but rather work harder as every successful has failed one way or the other.
