Ghanaian musician / real estate developer, Criss Kwaku Waddle was today, August 3rd, 2020 summoned by the court to give his responses on fraudulent acts that an account bearing his name has been caught doing online.

Criss Waddle while sharing what had happened to him, he took to his Twitter page to give his side of the story.

According to his post on Twitter, he is not the one behind the fraudulent acts.

The “King Kong” hitmaker again cautioned the court to differentiate between his social media accounts which all are verified from the ones that impersonate with his name.

On Twitter, Criss Waddle wrote:

I can’t believe that I’ve been subpoenaed to court to answer to a judge over something that has nothing to do with me, If my page is verified and a none verified page does something, why should I be the one to be subpoenaed?
