Groundup Chale member Quamina MP has expressed his disappointment at winning zero awards at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Quamina MP joins the likes of Eno Barony, Kelvyn Boy, and others who felt they were robbed of their awards to the just ended VGMA.

According to him in an interview with Abeiku Santana on PeaceFM, among the 4 nominations he had at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, he had hope that he’ll win the popular song of the year category.

He indicated that his hit song “Amanfuo Girls” traveled very far and that he was even shocked to hear the song being played in places he never thought it will be.

When asked about Kofi Kinaata not winning the Artiste of the Year as expected by many, he said that everyone in that category deserves it so the winner also deserves it since he was hardworking.
