Ghanaian actress and TV presenter, Felicity Ama Agyemang, known as Nana Ama McBrown has been starred in an American movie titled ‘Coming To Africa’.
The movie which featured the Kumawood Actress was written and directed by American filmmaker Anwar Jamison and was shot in Accra and Memphis.
The movie has a scene in Accra and it was shot in 2019, during the Year of Return celebrations.
The movie is set around a privileged black American (Jamison) who refuses to advocate black consciousness because his life is fairly comfortable, and also because he is chasing success in corporate life.
His perspectives however change after an adventurous visit to Ghana in which he meets Akosua (McBrown), and redefines his life purpose.
The movie, initially scheduled to be released earlier in the year, had to be rescheduled to October because of COVID-19 restrictions.
