NSMQ 2020 Winners: ‘I look forward to welcoming them to Jubilee House soon’ – Nana Addo To Presec Contestants

Nana Addo, first gentleman of Ghana has warmly invited the winners of 2020 National Science and Maths Quiz, Presbyterian Boys’ Sec (Presec, Legon) after they won the 2020 NSMQ.

Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School ( Presec ) has emerged the best secondary school in the 2020 National Science and Maths QUIZ competition as they ‘beat’ Adisadel College, and Opoku Ware School

Finally, the National Science and Maths Quiz has ended and it was Presec from greater Accra that emerged as winners.

The finals saw three of the best schools in Ghana; Presec -Legon in Accra and Opoku Ware School from the Ashanti Region and Adisadel College from the Cape Coast battling it out in the final.

As usual, the competition was held at the Business School of University of Ghana, Legon.

The competition was highly contested as all three schools demonstrated their academic excellence, but ultimately the coveted cup, along with the bragging right, was won by the Presbyterian Boy’s Sec.

President Nana Akufo Addo reacting to this news took to his social media platforms to express his excitements and also invited the contestants to the Jubilee House.

Nana Addo wrote:

Congratulations to PRESEC Legon for emerging victors in the #NSMQ2020. Winning #6 makes them the undisputed kings of the competition. Thoroughly well-deserved, and I look forward to welcoming them to Jubilee House soon.
